We begin by asking you questions about what you hope to accomplish with your web presence and what features you would like to see on your site. We will then find out what material you already have put together such as text, pictures and logos. We will also give you suggestions on various aspects of the site based on our experience. Once we have gathered enough information we will prepare a written estimate based on these discussions outlining the features of the site and the estimated cost breakdown for each.

If you like what we have put together, then we will proceed with the development of the site upon receipt of our design contract.


Basic Business Package:

  • Maximum 5 pages - includes Home, Contact Us, Product/Services, About Us and a links page
  • Design of buttons, page layout, and colour scheme
  • text (supplied by the client, on disk in Microsoft Word format)
  • 1-3 images/logos (supplied by client)
  • Maximum 5 links plus email links
  • Uploading and testing Preview of page/site for your comments, suggestions, modifications prior to upload of site
Keeping the Price Down...
  • Provide your own photographs or graphics in digital format.
  • Provide your own text in digital format (Microsoft Word)
All Sites Include...
  • Development of a "Web Site Design Image" unique to your site.
  • Professional site and content development of the overall site and individual web pages.
  • Graphic/photograph optimization and inclusion.
  • Image scanning as necessary (applicable charges apply)
  • Search engine optimization of the site
  • "Live on-line" access to the site, during the development process.
  • Uploading to client's personal host site.
Extras...

Extras include copy writing, text editing, scanning, image manipulation, graphic creation and design, animations, digital photography, changes, revisions, updates, add-ons, domain name searches and registrations, host site arrangements, research and site promotion.


On-going Site Maintenance & Upgrading...


Web sites require upgrading and attention from time to time. Updates to information and verification of active links keep a web site current. Search engines must be continuously reminded that your page is important enough to rank towards the top of the search results list. We can do this through regular site submissions to the most popular search engines. These services are priced by the hour and/or, on an annual contract, by the month.

Pricing Policies...
  • A quote will be provided prior to commencement of the design project.
  • Change orders for work not included in the project as quoted will be charged at our regular hourly rate.
  • A deposit of 50% will be required on acceptance of the quote, the remainder to be paid in full prior to uploading of the finished project to the client's host site.
  • Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars and do not include GST, as applicable.
  • Disbursements incurred in the normal process of completing the quoted project such as couriers, long distance telephone or fax, auto expenses (.38/km.), travel, photocopying, postage, etc., will be the responsibility of the client and are due and payable upon presentation of an invoice.
